This invoice includes the first month of recurring services in the amount of $99, along with a one-time initial work and setup fee of $100 associated with onboarding and commencement of services. Following this invoice, billing will continue on a monthly basis at a rate of $99 per month for ongoing services, unless otherwise modified in writing.
